How do I personalize my item?

On any product page, type your baby’s name, choose a stitch style and an embroidery thread color, then add it to your cart. Names can be up to 14 characters.

How long does it take?

Each piece is hand-embroidered to order. Embroidery takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. See Shipping for rates.

How much is shipping?

United States: $19.99, free on orders of $199 or more. Türkiye: free. All other countries: $19.90, free on orders of $199 or more.

What fabrics do you use?

100% cotton muslin with OEKO-TEX certification — soft, breathable and gentle on newborn skin.

How do I care for embroidered pieces?

We recommend washing inside out at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, no bleach, and drying flat or on low heat. Iron on the reverse side, avoiding the embroidery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards through a secure payment page.

Do you have any offers?

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $199 or more.

Can I return a personalized item?
