Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included (see Shipping). Payment is taken by card through our payment provider when you place the order.

Personalization

We embroider the name and options exactly as entered at checkout, so please check the spelling carefully. Hand embroidery means small variations between pieces are natural.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Returns

Personalized, made-to-order items are not returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Intellectual property

All designs, embroidery motifs, photos and text on this site belong to Duruco Baby and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
