Because each item is personalized and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns on customized pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If something isn’t right, email info@durucobaby.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, every time.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
